Piston Seals 

The sealing of the hydraulic system is achieved by a series of specialized seal combinations.
Rod seals prevent fluid from leaking from inside the cylinder to the outside, while hydraulic piston seals prevent fluid from flowing out of the cylinder head. This builds up pressure on one end of the piston, allowing the cylinder to expand and contract.

The function of the wear ring is to provide guidance and support for the piston and piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, as well as absorb side loads. At the same time, it can prevent metal contact between the moving parts of the cylinder and optimize the performance of the sealing system.

The wiper ring and wear ring are installed in the hydraulic cylinder, when the piston rod is retracted into the system, it is used to scrape the dirt, impurity particles, debris and moisture on the piston rod to prevent them from contaminating the hydraulic medium. They also prevent them from damaging wear rings, seals and other components.
